APPROVING THE USE OF PROCEEDS FROM SALE OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS
ROCKFORD ADDITION" FOR SEED MONEY FOR PLYMOUTH HOUSING
ALLIANCE PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority wishes to further the efforts
of the Plymouth Housing Alliance. a non-profit coMontion, to develop affordable housing is
the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth H01,3 ng and Redevelopment Authority retains ownership of a
property known as "Rockford Addition"; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing Alliance has agreed to develop this site with a single
family home affordable to a lower income family as selected by the Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority;
NOW, TMMEFORE, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MlNNBSOTA, that it directs
the Chairman and Executive Director to enter into a commitment agreement with the Plymouth
Housing Alliance as per the agreement attached to this resolution.
Adopted by the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority on December 7, 1993.
