APPROVING THE STATEMENT OF REE ATIONSHIP AND AFFIRMATION OF GOALS
WrM THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AWANCE
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing Alliance is being formed to assist the housing needs of low
income persons and families in the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, there is a need to define the nature of the relationship of the Plymouth Housing
and Redevelopment Authority and the Plymouth City Council to the Plymouth Housing
Alliance; a Minnesota non-profit corporation; and,
WHEREAS, the Statement of Relationship serves to describe the relationship between the
Plymouth Housing Alliance, Plymouth City Council, and Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority; and,
WHEREAS, the Affirmation of Goals allows for affirmation of the goals of the Plymouth
Housing Alliance by the Plymouth City Council and Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment
Authority,
NOW, TIERBFORE, BE IT HEREBI )LVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, IbIINNBSOTA that it approves
the Statement of Relationship and Affirmation of Goals with the Plymouth Housing Alliance as
attached to this resolution.
Adopted by the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority on December 7, 1993.
