APP12O I%G THE FORMATION OF AN INITIAL BOARD OF DIIIECTORS FOR THE
PLYMOUTH HOUSING ALilANCE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Plymouth for its
approval, the forms of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws (together the -Corporate
Documents') of the Plymouth Housing Alliance, a Minnesota an -profit corporation; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing Affiance is being formed to assist the housing needs of law
income persons and families in the City of Plymouth; and,
WHir MEAS, the Corporate Documents provide that the appointment of the Board of Directors
of :he Plymouth Housing Alliance shall be approved by the Plymouth City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the persons named herein have agreed to serve for a period of at least one year on
the Board of Directors of the Plymouth Housing Alliance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE
CITY OP PLYMOUTH, MMNBSOTA, that:
1. The Corporate Documents of the Plymouth Housing Alliance are hereby approved in
the forms thereof now on file with the City and the formation of the Plymouth Horsing
Alliance is hereby approved by the City.
2. 11--. aWaintment of Kim M. Bergman, Jay P. Nelson, Brian A. Warhol, Stephen A.
IA' - vissie, James R. Bide. and Alan W. Schad man to serve on the Board of Directors
for she Plymouth HousL-g Alliance for a period of at least one year, beginning
December 6, 1993, is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota on December 6, 1993.
