STATEMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
FOR INCLUSION II 1'T88 Y

DEVELOPMENT (HUD)
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required to provide the Department of Housing
and Urban Development an application for the Community DriestablishmentelopmentBlock GfInt
andprogram, including appropriate citizen participation, goal
impleneotation plans and procedures; and,
SAS, on October 19, 1993, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment
Authority held a duly constituted public hearing to allow imerested parties to empress
their opinion; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendations of the Housing andRedevelcpmehtAuthorityregardingtheproposedactivitiesandprogramamountfor
Fiscal -Year 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the
City Manager to submit the application and Find Statement
