RBCOMMENDING REALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1993 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has received a
funding request from The Community Home Program; and,
WHEREAS, on October 19, 1993, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority held
a duly constituted public hearing to allow interested parties to express their opinion; and,
wHOREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth has reviewed
this funding request and has determined it to be an appropriate use of Community
Development Block Grant funds in accordance with federal guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
thatREDEVELOPMENTAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFPLYMOUTH,
the Housing Attdrority recommends the Plymouth City Council reallocate Fiscal Year 1993
Community Development Block Grant funds as follows:
