WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA has reviewed the Hennepin Housing Consortium 199498
Five Year Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) as prepared by Urban
Hennepin County and has reviewed the 1994 Annual CHAS prepared by 'Thibault Associates, a
consultant to the HRA; and,
WHEREAS, provision has been made for the appropriate public comment period for both
CHAS documents;
NOW, 1H18REFORE, BE rr KGREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that it accepts the Hennepin Housing Consortium Five Year 199498 CHAS and the 1994
Annual CHAS as a planning guide to improve the availability of affordable housing in the City
of Plymouth.
Adopted by the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority on October tC 1993•
