AWARDING BID FOR SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT (PLYMOUTH TOWNE SQUARE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the constructiontion of the senior housing
project to be known as Plymouth Towne Square, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HE1=Y RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING .AND
REDEVEI.OPMEN:' AUTHORILT OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Chairman and HRA EW—AUve Director are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Frana and Sons, Inc. of Eden Prairie .
in the name or die Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth for
the constriction of Plymouth 'rowne Square according to tl:s plans and specifications
therefore approved by the Plymouth HRA and on file in the office of the City of
Plymouth in the amount of the low bid of 5 4.798,000
2. The Finance Department for the City of Plymouth is hereby authorized and directed :o
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.
