RECOM1IENDING REALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1993 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT Bit GRANT FUNDS (CDBG) FROM EARLY CHILDHOOD
EDUCATION TO REHABILITATION OF PRIVATE DWELLINGS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council at its meeting on June 21, 1993, allocated an
additional $9,500 to the Child CareAssistance

d reduced the capital fimdingwinderof $8,000 of

Brooklyn Patio Head Start Facility by $
allocated; and,
WHEREAS, there has been a significant increase in the number of applications for Housing
Rehabilitation Gtant/Loans;
NOW, SORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVHLopmENT AUTHORITY OF THE C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, lwDIMOTA that the
Housing Autbority recommends that the Plymouth City Council reallocate the surplus $81000forFiscalYear1993totheactivitytitledRehabilitationofPrivateDwellings, increasing that
allocation to a total of $78,000, with the fu1158,000 going to grants/loans to homeowners.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on July 20, 1993.
