APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING S1BCUIION OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES
AGREEmmtI' WITH THE C1TY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has an agnoneot with tie City of
Plymouth describing and providing for adminisvatave services that the Housing and
RodevelapmenI Authority obtains from the City; and, ;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to update the agreement with respect to current assigned personnel,
time dbc&ons and compeusstiou costa for personnel, involved with rho delivery of the
administrative services; and,
WHEREAS, the PWmouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has reviewed the agreement
and Atm&nW A and recommended approval.
NOW, TORS, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY TILS CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the UPddDd
Manageom of Services Agmemeot with the City of Plymouth. .
FUTMM the Mayor and City Manager are bemby sutlwrised to execute the agreement.
