RESOLUTION APPROVING ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH TUMULT
ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH'S PORTION OF THE 1994-98
COAdPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABUM STRATEGY (CHAS) AND
PERFORMANCE REPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required under the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) regulations to prepare a five year CHAS, one year CHAS, and a
performance report for evaluating its progress at achieving established goals outlined in each
CHAS for the Fiscal Year ending 1993; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority directed staff to engage a
consultant to prepare a five year CHAS, a one year CHAS, and a CHAS Performance Report;
and,
WHEREAS, the consultant selected was Thibault Associates as this was the only consulting
firm who responded to the Plymouth HRA's Request for Proposal of May, 1993;
NOW, THBREFORB, BE rT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVEIAPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, NIINNESOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends entering into a contract with Thibault Associates to
prepare the City of Plymouth's potion of the 199498 CHAS, a one year CHAS, and a CHAS
Performance Report for 1993 with such comract for the CHAS portion on an hourly basis sot-
to -exceed $16,000 and not -to -exceed $2,500 for the CHAS Performance Report potion.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on June 15, 1993.
