ASSISTANCE TO THE HB MEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY PROVIDPROGRAM
wi ERM, the Hennepin Couuty Housing and Redevelopment Authosty (HRA) has adopted
a financing program known as the Community Providers Program ('Program') designed to
provide fioancral assistance to quah&A providers of community services under C011111"to
Hennepin County by making available low-cost loans from a Community Providers Program
Common Bond Fuad for the following purposes related to phyte ph& and facilities:
1. Refinancing of existing debt;
2. Funds for acquisition of facilities for county authorized new or expansion programs;
3. Acquisition of facilities currently being leased by the qualified service provider, or
4. Acquisition of facilities to replace leased facilities.
gIHEREAS, Hammer ResidenceInc. ("Service Provider') is a provider of community
services under contract with Hennepin County with facilities looted in the City of Plymouth;
and
WMt,W, the Service provider may wish to patticipate in the Program; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 383.B.77, Sub. 2, requires invitation to the HennepinCountyHRAfromCityofPlymouth's HRA before the Hennepin County HRA can exercise its
powers within this City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's HRA bas extended such an invitation to the HennepinCountyHRAtoenableittoproceedwiththeCommunityprovidersPrograminthisCity.

PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
The Plymouth City Council finds the implementation of the Community Providers Program bytheHennepinCountyHRAtobeproperandinthepublicinterestandherebyconcurswiththe
Plymouth HRA's invitation to the Hennepin County HRA to provide the technical suits= to
Hammer Residence, Tru;. for participation in the Community Providers Program.
Adopted by the City Council on lune 7, 1993.
