RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR SELECTION OF
A CONSULTANT TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY
STRATEGY (CHAS)
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires Entitlement
cities to prepafe an annual and five year CHAS based on amwtly available data; and,
WHEREAS, the CHAS for fiscal year 1994 is due October 1, 1993;
NOW, TMWJWORB, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
City staff be authorized to provide a RFP to several Consulting firms preparatory to wkction
of a Consultant on June 15, 1993.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevebpment Authority on May 11, 1993.
