RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF UP TO $2,000 OF SECTION 8 OPERATING
RESERVE FUNDS FOR TAE CREATION OF A 501 C3 NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment have agreed
to the development of a recently platted single family lot on the southeast corner of County
Road 9 and Fernbw* Lane North for the purposes of developing an affordable single family
home; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority believes it would be
appropriate to create a non-profit 501 c3 corporation to act as the entity to develop this project
and projects of a similar nature, under the title of "Plymouth Housing Alliance";
NOW, E, BE IT HiR MY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
RBDEvELopMBNT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA, that
City staff be authorized to utilize up to $2,000 from the Section 8 operating reserve fund for
the cresion of a non-profit corporation titled "Plymouth Housing Alliance".
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on April 20, 1993.
