RESOLUTION 93- la -3
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCELS FOR NONPAYMENT
OF REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennepin a He of lands in said municipality which became the property of the State
of Minnesota for nonpayment of teal emote taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as land and
the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, TIIERMRB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the
said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described by
Proper. y Identification Number as hereinafter listed as nonconservation land, be, and the same
is, hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be, and the same is, hereby
apprrned for:
