RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF HOUSING REHABILITATION
GRANT/LOAN PROGRAM GUIDELINES.
VAMMEAS, the City of Plymouth is requited under the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) regulations to establish specific rules and requirements for the
administration of the City of Plymouth's Housing Rehabilitation Grant/Loan Program; and,
WH>3[t M, City staff has prepared a draft set of Housing Rehabilitation GmnVLoan Program
Guidelines and such guidelines have been reviewed by the Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority;
NOW, TWREFORB, BB IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
RBDEVELDPIENT AUTHORITY OF THE CiPiY OF PLYMOUTH, 11 4MOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth City Council adopt the attached Housing
Rehabilitation Grant/Loan Program Guidelines dated February, 1993.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on March 9, 1993.
