ADOPTION OF A CITEMN PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR THE C0MMUMTy
DEVELOFMI T1' BLOCS GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required under the Department of Hwsing and Ulan
Development kNM) regulations to prepare and adopt a citizen Participation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has recommended approval
of much a Plan;
NOW, TFORB, BE IT I ERMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCB. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDWESOTA, that it adopts the Citizen Participation Plan dated
April 20, 1993 to be used in compliance with Community Development Block Grant
mgulations each fiscal year starting in 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
