RESOLUTION RBCoboAMMING ADOPTION OF A CITIZEN'S PAR17CIPA71ON
PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DBVELOPMIM BLACK GRANT PROGRAM.
S OMEAS, the City of Plymouth is required under the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) regulations to prepare and adopt a Citizen's Participation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a draft plan for review and comment by the Plymouth
Housing and Redevelopment Authority;
NOW, T1ilMEFORE, BE IT IOBtEBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMNBSOTA, that
the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth City Council adopt the attached Citizen's
Participation Plan to be used in compliance with Community Development Block Grant
regulations each fiscal year starting in 1994.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on March 9, 1993.
