RESOLUTION 92-715
APPROVING ALLOCATION OF YEAR 19 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Year 19 will be in receipt of approximately206,000 of Community Development Block Grant funds to utilize in such a way
as to assist low and moderate income persons; and,
WHEREAS, on October 27, 1992, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority
held a duly constituted public hearing to allow interested parties to express
their opinion; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of PlymouthdiscussedwaystheCommunityDevelopmentBlockGrantfundscouldbeutilized
in accordance with federal guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Housing Authority recommends the Plymouth CityCouncilallocatetheYear19CommunityDevelopmentBlockGrantfundsas
follows:
Rehabilitation of Private Dwellings

FURTHER that should a allocation for Yr exceed ti0000
the excess shall allocated on prorated bass toapprovedactivities,
subject to COBG limitations.
