Pursuant to due call and notice
Redevelopment Authority of the
26th day of January, 1989. The
thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
City of Plymouth, Minnesota.. was held on the
following members were present: Vice -Chairman
Commissioner Hillstrom introduced. the following Resolution and
moved its adoption.
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 89-01
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota
herein called the "PHA") proposes to enter into an Annual Contributions
Contract (herein called the "Contract") with the United States of America
herein called the "Government").
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the PHA as follows:
Section 1. The Contract, substantially in the form of the contract
i hereto attached and marked "Exhibit A", is hereby approved and accepted both
as to form and substance and the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Contract in triplicate on behalf of the Local Authority, and the
Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official
seal of the Local Authori•y on each such counterpart and to forward said
executed counterparts, or any of them, to the Government together as may be
required by the Government.
Section 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to file with the
Government from time to time, as monies are required, r.quisitions together
with the necessary supporting documents requesting advan:es to be made on
account of the contribution provided in the Contract.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Vice -Chair Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote;
in favor thereof Commissioners Crain. Gutzman. Hillstrom and Ludovissie
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
