CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
I= day of SeRtember. 1988. The following Viers were present: -Vice
ollowing members were.
Commissioner Ludo! vissie introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
HRA RESOLUTIONS NO. 88-08
DESIGNATION OF APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE FINANCIAL AND BUDGETARY
REPORTS FOR THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that
all financial reports submitted to its office(s) be signed by an appropriate
officer or officers of the Housing Authority who have been so delegated by the
Housing Authority to sign such reports;
is NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Plymouth that the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority and/or the Finance Director of the City of Plymouth are hereby
authorized to execute financial and budgetary reports for and on behalf of the
Housing Authority of the City of Plymouth, and any reports so executed shall
constitute the lawful act of such authority.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Hillstrom and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Vice Chairman Crain. Commissioners
Ludovissie and Hillstrom . The fol owing voted against or abstained:
None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
