HomeMy WebLinkAboutHousing & Redevelopment Authority Resolution 88-06HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORTIY CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and. notice thereof, a Mq lar meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the qday of AugRst. 1988. The following members were present: Chairman Neils. Comissioners CMis,Sioners Gutzman Crain. and Ludovissie. Director Tremere, Housing Specialist nalp_ Cnnminity npvpinnment Cenrdinater Dillerud. and Cleric Rauenhorst. The following members were t.t Commissioner Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: HRA RESOLUTION NO. 88-06 RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT THE REPORT FROM THE HEST HENNEPIN HUMAN SERVICES ON THE HOUSE DOCTOR PROGRAM WHEREAS, in December 1986, the City of Plymouth was awarded a $15,000 grant from the Minnesota Department of Energy and Economic Development to provide administration of a House Doctor Program in. Plymouth,. St. Louis Park and Tonka Bay;. and, WHEREAS, through the utilization of these funds and funds provided by Minnegaso to implement the program to improve energy conservation for low to moderate income and is 1-igh consumption homeowners in those three cities through the use of energy audits, education in energy conservation methods and the installation of energy conservation devices; and, WHEREAS, work has been completed on a minimum of 50 homes in each of the three communities; and, WHEREAS, West Hennepin Human Services has provided a final report describing the scope of services, implementation process and results; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, that it recommends the Plymouth City Council accept the report by West Hennepin Human Services for the House Doctor Program. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by, Commissioner Gutzman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairman Neils, Commissioners Crain. Gutzman and Ludovissie The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. hra:res/88-04)
