HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment. Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th.
day ofMarch. 1988 The following members were present: Chairman ^Neils.
Commissioners Gutzman and Crain_ The following members were absent: Commissioners
Ludovissia.and Hillstrom
Commissioner. Gutzman introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 88-1
RECOMMENDING ALLOCATION OF YEAR XIV COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRART FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Year XIV will be in receipt of approximately
128,706 of Community Development Block Grant funds to utilize in such a way as to
assist low and moderate income persons; and;
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1988 the Plymouth. Housing and Redevelopment Authority held a
duly constituted public hearing to allow interested parties to express their
opinions; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth discussed
ways the Community Development Block Grant funds could be utilizid in accordance
with federal guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Plymouth that the Planning Area Citizen Advisory Committee and the
Plymouth City Council be recommended to allocate the Year XIV Community Development
Block Grant funds as follows:
Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program $ 80,000
Childcare Assistance Payment Program 25,000
Scattered Site Home Ownership 23,706
Total $128,706
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Chairman Nei.ls_and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof Chairman Neils and Commissioners Gutzman and Crain The following voted
against or abstained: none .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
