Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th
day of 9anuar , 1987. The following members were present: Commissioners Har -td
Bakke. De rickson andGerry Neils •
s were absent:Commissioners David Crain and Rod Hillstrom.
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-01
ADOPTION OF A NEW UTILITY ALLOWANCE SCHEDULE
FOR THE PLYMOUTH SECTION 8 PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Minneapolis -St. Paul HUD Area Office has directed staff to prepare a new
Utility Allowance Schedule for the Plymouth Section 8 Program; and,
WHEREAS, the Metro Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has recently received
approvalby the Minneapolis -St. Paul HUD Area Office of its Utility Allowance
Schedule; and,
WHEREAS, the Minneapolis -St. Pau•t Area Office staff during an administrative review
of the Plymouth HRA recommended our adoption of the Metro HRA Utility Allowance
Schedule as appropriate for our service area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Plymouth that it adopts the attached Utility Allowance Schedule for the
City of Plymouth's Section 8 Program to take effect on all new Section 8 leases as of
April 1, 1987.
The motion. for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Bakke , and upon vote being taken
following voted in favor thereof: Commissioners Bakke, Erickson and Net
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
