HOUSINv AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
MAY 119. 1987
A Regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, was
called to order by Vice Chairman Crain on the 11th day of May,. 1987 at 7:20
p.m. at the City Council Conference Room In. the City of Plymouth, Minnesota.
The following members of the Authority were present: Commissioners Crain,
Guthman, and Ludovissie. Alsii present were Executive Director W111.130
Assistant City Manager Boyles, Planning Director Tremere, and Housing
Specialist Dale
ABSENT
Chairman Neils and Commissioner Hillstrom
MINUTES
MOTION was made by Commissioner Ludovissie, seconded by Commissioner Gutaman,
to approve the minutes of the -March 12, 1987 Regular meetinq as submitted.
Motion carried, three ayes.
GENERAL DISCUSSION
Commissioner Crain stated it would be necessary to meet again, preferably in
May, at a special meeting to allow Chairman Neils and Ccm0143.1oner Hillstrom
to voice their opinions after they and the other cammissioners have the
opportunity to review the final report submitted by Quality Decisions, Inc. on
Phase II of the Senior Citizen Housing Survey. Commissioner Crain wanted all
commissioners to be fully appraised of this report in its final form which the
consulta.:t.. 3udy Narshik, said would be ready in one week. All commissioners
should provide full input to the City Council on this subject.
Other Items on the HRA agenda were Information items and no action was
necessary..
The meeting adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
