CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 30t h
day of October , 1986. The following members were present: Commissioners
Erickson Bakke Crain Hillstrom and Neils •
The following members were absent: None_
Commissioner Bakke introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-15
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE GLACIER MEADOWS
SCATTERED SITE HOUSING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority fid undertake the
development of vacant City tax forfeited property and platted this property into
three single family residential .lots as "Glacier Meadows"; and,
WHEREAS, through the utilization of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds
three houses that were to be relocated due to the extension of County Road 61 were
purchased and moved onto the Glacier Meadows plat; and,
WHEREAS, all construction work on these three properties has been completed under the
provisions of the Scattered Site Home Ownership Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Plymouth that it accepts this project as complete per the purposes and
intent of the program;
FURTHER, all bona fide costs related to the project should be drawn from allocated
grant funds or from proceeds from the sale of the homes.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Hillstrom , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Commissioners Bakke, Crain, Erickson, Hillstrom
and Hells
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
