Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
day of September , 1986. The following members were present:
Neils Crain and Bakke
The following members were absent: Commissioners Hillstrom and E
of the Housing and
held on the 25th
Commissioners
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-14
AMENDING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2 OF ARTICLE III OF THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BYLAWS RE: MEETINGS HELD BY THE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the annual meeting and the regular meetings are held on the first Monday of
the month at 6:30 p.m.; and,
WHEREAS, this time and date conflicts with City Council -City staff meetings at this
time and date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Plymouth that Section 1 and Section 2 of Article II.I of the Plymouth
Housing and Redevelopment Authority Bylaws be amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Authority shall be held in
January at the regular meeting place of the Authority.
Section 2. Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the Authority shall be held
on a day determined by the Chairman, every other month commencing with March, at 6:30
p.m. at the regular meetinq place of the Authority. The Authority may cancel any
regular meeting other than the annual meeting.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by
Commissioner Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favorthereof: Commissioners Neils, Crain and Bakke
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
