CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of
September, 1986 . The following members were present: Commissioners Neils Bakke
and Crain The foilowirig members were
absent: ssioner Hillstrom
Commissioner Neils introduced the fol.lowtna R-0solution and moved its adoption:
MA RESOLUTION NO. 86-12
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota (herein called
the "PHA") proposes to enter into an Annual Contributions Contract (herein called the
Contract") with the United States of America (herein called the "Government").
NO18r THEREFORE, BE IT resolved by the PHA as follows:
Section 1. The Contract, substantially in the form of the contract hereto
attached and marked "Exhibit A", is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and
substance and the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Contract
In triplicate on behalf of the Local Authority, and the Secretary is hereby authorized
and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the Local Authority on each
such counterpart and to forward said executed counterparts, or any of them, to the
Government together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing
the execution thereof as may be required by the Goy--rnment.
Section 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized. to file with the Govern-
ment from time to time, as monies are required, requisitions together with the neces-
sary supporting documents requesting advances to be made on account of the contribution
provided in the Contract.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take Affect provided the Plymouth City Council
approves the Plymouth Housing Au"hority budget for 1987.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
In favor thereof: Commissioners Neils, Bakke and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
