HomeMy WebLinkAboutHousing & Redevelopment Authority Resolution 86-11HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY 0 CITY OF PLYNOWN Pursuantto due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of September, 1986. The following members were present: Chairman Erickson, Commissioners Bakke Crain and Neils The fo lowino members were absent: Commissioner Hillstrom Commissioner Neils introduced the foliowinq Resolution and moved its adoption: HRA RESOLUTION NO. 86-11 ADOPTING A 1987 PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth proposes to administer certain programs to assist lower income families and lisdividuals in need of housing assistance during the year of 1987; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to budget adequate monies for these; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the attached budget be adopted and recommended for adoption by the Plymouth City Council with the following observations: 1. The current ad valorem tax for 1987 be reduced by $11,000 to reflect the additional projected Section 8 Administrative fees for 1987. 2. That a footnote be added to indicate $209000 of Community Development Block Grant Funds were allocated by the City, but are being administered by others for Daycare Support in 1987. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follo•Inq voted in favor thereof: Commissioners Neils, Crain, Bakke and Erickson The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. is
