CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ectal meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Hinnesotag was held on the 16th
day of 3une , 1986. The following members were present: Commissioners
Dave Crain and Rod Hillstrom and Chairman Del Erickson

Cam Lssi... Jistrom introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 86 - 08
DETERMINATION OF AUDIT ENTITY FOR PURPOSES OF AUDITING ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTS OF
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the federal Single Audit Act of 1984 (public law 98-502) and Office of
Management and Budget circular No. A-128 set forth audit requirements for local
governments that receive federal aid; and,
WHEREAS, the purpose of this is to encourage consolidation of auditing activities to
assure a more efficient and economical audit performance; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth aiinually contracts a qualified professional independent
auditor; and,
WHEREAS, funds for HRA acitivities come from and through the City of Plymouth except
for the Section 8 Rent Assistance Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does find that for purposes
of the independent audit and in conjunction with the federal Single Audit Act of
1984, the City of Plymouth is the appropriate governmental reporting entity;
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the required independent audit of HRA activities and
accounts should be conducted by the independent auditor contracted by the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ommissioner Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
hereof: Commissioners Hillstrom. Crain and Erickson
