CITY OF PLYMDUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th
day of Na , 1986. The following members were present: Chairman Der—

1'omeissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 86 - 07
COMMENDING THE WAYZATA BANK AND TRUST COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THE SCATTERED SITE
HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has received advice and
assistance from Daryl Clark and Kathy Ahlstrom of the Wayzata Bank and Trust Company
of Wayzata, Minnesota in the promotion of the Scattered Site Home Ownership Program
In the City; and,
WHEREAS, this advice and assistance was instrumental in the sale of houses to three
qualified families;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY, that Daryl Clark and Kathy Ahlstrom and the Wayzata Bank and Trust Company
be commended for their service to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in helping
eligible families obtain affordable housing in Plymouth.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Bakke. , and upon vote 4*ing taken thereon, the following voted in favor
