HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Emlar meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, jiinnesota was held on the 10th day of
March 1986. The following members were present: Chairman Erickson C mmisTners

Ca missioner Hells Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 86-06
RECOMMENDING ALLOCATION OF YEAR XII COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Year XII
of Community Development Block Grant funds
and moderate income persons; and,
will be in receipt of approximately $99,197
to utilize in such a way as to assist low
WHEREAS, on March 10, 1986 the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority held a duly
constituted public hearing to allow interested partlas to express their opinions; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth discussed ways
the Community Development Block Grant funds could be utilized in accordance with
federal guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Plymouth that the Planning Area Citizen Advlscry Committee and the Plymouth
City Council be recommended to allocate the Year XI Community Development Block Grant
funds as follows:
Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program $749197.00
Senior Citizen Housing Site 50000.00
Childcare Assistance Payment Program 209000.00
S999197.00
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Bakke , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
t reo : Commilssloners Neils Bakke and Crain .
The following vot against or abstained: rman Erickson and Comalssione
Hillstrom. /hereupon the Resolution was declared y passed and adopted.
