HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

and notice thereof, the annual meeting of the Housing and
of the City of Plymouth, Ntnnesota, was held on the 27th
The following members were present: Commissioners P. Neils,

Comissioner C. Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 86 - 02
APPROVING A MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PLYMOUTH
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth performs certain functions for the Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to define what housing management services are to be
performed by the City for the Plymouth HRA; and,
WHEREAS, these services should be addressed in a written contract to be signed by
both parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDFVELOPHENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, that the Management Services Contract be approved, signed by the
Chairman, and forwarded to the Plymouth City Council for their approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Plymouth NRA that the time allocations and compensation
costs attachment shall be revised annually as necessary.
The motion for adoption of th.: foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Bakke , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor there -.-Commissioners P. Neils, C. Neils, Bakke and
Erickson
