CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment. Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th
of December.. . The following members were present: Chairman Erickson,
Ca®issloners P. RI—Isip C. Meals Harold Bakke and Rod Hillstrom
The following members were absent: None
Commissioner P. Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved .its
adoption:
NRA RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 13
ACCEPTING THE EXAMINATION OF THE FINANCIAL RECORDS OF THE PLYMOUTH HRA BY THE
AUDITING FIRM OF JOHN MCCARTHY FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 1985
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority entered into a contract
with the C.P.A. firm of John McCarthy of St. Paul, Minnesota for the purpose of an
examination of the financial statements of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
for the 24 months ended June 30, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, such an audit inns been accomplished In accordance with accounting procedures
established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and reviewed by the
appropriate agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY that the audit report by John McCarthy be accepted by the Plymouth Housing
and Redevelopment Authority.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing. Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner C. Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Chairman. Erickson, Commissioners P. Neils,
C. Neils. Bakke and Hillstrom
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
