0 CITY OF PLVNDUTH.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of September, 1985. The following members were present: Chairman Rel Erickson
Commissioners PatHells. Gerry Hells. Harold Bakke and Rod Hillstrom
were aosent:
Commissioner Hillstrom introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 11
ADOPTING A 1986 PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth
proposes to fund certain programs to assist lower income families and individuals in
need of housing assistance during the year of 1986, and a projected operating budget
for 1987; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to budget adequate monies in 1986 for the purposes of the
K using and Redevelopment Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the attached budget for 1986 be adopted by the Plymouth
City Council, and be it further resolved that the proposed 1987 budget represents the
Authority's projections for final support required during 1987 based upon a continua-
tion of current program levels.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Bakke , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairman Erickson,
Commissioners Bakke, Hillstrom, P. Neils and G. Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
