Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Hinnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of June, 1985. The following members were present: Chalrman Del Erickson,.
Commissioners Pat Neils and Rod Hillstrom _.

Comiissioner Pat Hells introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-06
APPROVING THE FIRM OF JOHN S. MC CARTHY AS THE AUDITOR OF THE PLYMOUTH HRA FOR THE
PERIOD JULY 1, 1983 - JUNE 309 1985
WHEREAS, the City staff has mailed out letters soliciting proposals from five
auditing firms; and,
WHEREAS, four firms responded with the following proposals:
John S. McCarthy S 974.00
Vince Small 19438.00
Baune, Dosen & Co. 29300.00
Seifert, Betts & Co., Ltd. 2,356.00
and;
WHEREAS, the firm of John S. McCarthy had the low proposal:
WW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY,
that the Executive Director of the ?lymouth HRA be directed to sign the contracts
engaging the firm of John S. McCarthy to audit 'the books for the Plymouth HRA for the
period July 1, 1983 - June 300 1985.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ommissioner Rod Hillstrom , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
of owing voted in favor thereof: Chairman Del Erickson, Commissioners Pat Hails ared

ghereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
