CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to duee call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th
day of May, 1985 . The following members were present: Chairman Erickson,
mm' si ners Gerrv Neils and Pat Neils
The following members were absent: CommissionerF Bakke
and Hillstrom
Commissioner Gerry Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
NRA RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 02
AUTHORIZING LANDSCAPING AND DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION ON LOT 1, "GLACIER MEADOWS"
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has undertaken a Scattered
Site Acquisition and Single Family Home Rehabilitation Program to assist moderate
income larger families to purchase affordable homes .in Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority authorized develolpment of
the property known as Lot 1, Glacier Meadows with a single family home; and,
40 WHEREAS, this development now requires landscaping and driveway construction to meet
City and HRA requirements; and,
WHEREAS, administrative staff has solicited and received bids for the necessary work;
NOW, THEREFORE, be It hereby resolved by the. Plymouth Housinq and Redevelopment
Authority that it authorize the landscaping and driveway Improvements to the property
known as Lot 1, Glacier Meadows In accordance with the landscape plan dated November
5, 1984, with such work not to exceed $10,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner bel. Erickson , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Commissioners Gerry Neils. Erickson. and
Pat Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
