HomeMy WebLinkAboutHousing & Redevelopment Authority Resolution 84-10HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CITY OF PLYIOWN IDPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing and PAdevelapment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Ninneseta., was held on the 10th day of Oeceabec, 1984. The following members were present: Comal"I news Gerry_ NeIU2 Pat Hellas Rod Hillstrom and Harold Bakke The folleā€”w-UMmembers were ab3 Chairman Dal dcsmn Commissioner Gerry Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: HRA RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 10 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT WHEREA!, the. Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, herein called the "PHA") proposes to enter into an Annual Contributions Contract herein called the "Contract") with the United States of America (herein called the Government"). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA as follows: Section 1. The Contract, substantially in the form of the contract hereto attached and marked "Exhibit A", is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance and the Chairman of the PHA is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Contract in triplicate on behalf of the Local Authority, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to Impress and attest the official Beal of the Local Authority on each such counterpart and to forward said executed couterparts, or any of them, to the Government together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the Government. Section 2. The Executive Director of the PHA is hereby authorized to file with the Government from time to time, as monies are required, requisitions together with the necessary supporting documents requesting advances to be made on account of the contribution provided in th Contract. Section .3. This Resolution shall take effect .immediately.
