PRE -TERMINATION OF HEARING FOR SECTION 8 TENANT
Executive Director Boyles stated Lhat the HRA has been provided with a report
from Associate Planner Dale regarding the Section 8 certificate of Charlene
Larkin. The purpose of the public hearing is for the HRA to determine whether
or not there is evidence that the certificate should be rescinded.
Ms. Larkin was not present nor was her representative.
Associate Planner Dale stated that Ms. Larkin did sign for the certified
Letter telling her of the hearing and the recommendation that her Section 8
certificate be terminated and asking her to be present.
