CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a _rear meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 7th day of .March , 1.9 83. The following
memberS Were Present: CommiAsionprs Hill m, G Neilsand Erickson
The following members were absent: Commissioners P. Neils and Bakke
Erickson. introduced the followiN Resolution and
moved s adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 83-04
AMENDING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2 OF ARTICLE III OF THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BYLAWS RE: MEETINGS HELD BY THE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the annual meeting and the regular meetings are held on the fourth
Mondays of the month at 6:30 PM; and,
WHEREAS, this time and date conflicts with City Council -City staff meetings
at this time and date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Plymouth that Section 1 and Section 2 of Article III
of the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority Bylaws be amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. Annual Meetin . The annual meeting of the Authority shall
be held on ItNe same day as the first City Council meeting in Jan-
uary at 6:30 o'clock PM at the regular meeting place of the Authority.
Section 2. Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the Authority shall
be held on Me same day as the first City Council meeting of every
other month commencing with the month of March at 6:30 PM at the
regular meeting place of the Authority. The Authority may cancel
any regular meeting other than the annual. meeting.
