CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a regular meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth. Ninnesota
was held on the 7t day of March, 1983 . The following

HRA RESOLUTION NO. 83-02
RECOMMENDING ALLOCATION OF YEAR IX COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK.GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Year IX will be in receipt of approximately
170,826 of Community Development Block Grant funds to utilize in such a way
as to assist low and moderate income persons; and,
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1983 the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority
held a legally constituted public hearing to allow interested parties to
express their opinions; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth
discussed ways the Community Development Block Grant funds could be utilized
in accordance with federal guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Plymouth that the Planning Area Citizen Advisory
Committee and the Plymouth City Council be recommended to allocate the
Year IX Community Development Block Grant funds as follows:
Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program $68,000.00 (40%)
Acquisition and Improvement of Land and/or
Dwellings for purposes of eliminating; blight
and neighborhood revitalization 65,000.00 (38%)
Elderly Housing Site Planning and Site
Preparation Improvements 24,000.00 (14%)
Planning and Program Development Activities 13,826.00 ( 8%)
170,826.00 (100%)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Erickson. and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Nhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
