ORDINANCE NO. 2016-13
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF
STATE HIGHWAY 55 AND OLD ROCKFORD ROAD (2016008)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota,is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map
from FRD (future restricted development)to 0 (office) for the property described as follows:
That part of the east half of the east half of the southwest quarter lying north of State
Highway No. 55 and south of the centerline of Hennepin County Road No. 9 Section 7,
Township 118, Range 22 and that part of the east half of the northeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 118, Range 22, lying north of State Highway
55, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
