R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-140
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A PPOINTMENT TO W ARD 1
P OSITION ON THE P LANNING C OMMISSION
WHEREAS, on February 18, 2016, Bryan Oakley, who served as the Ward 3 representative on the
Planning Commission, submitted his resignation; and
WHEREAS, at the March 22, 2016 Council meeting, the Council appointed Jim Davis,
who previously served as the Ward 1 representative on the commission, to the Ward 3 position
due to his family’s relocation; and
WHEREAS, the Council directed staff to advertise the Ward 1 position with an
application deadline of April 15, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the appointment of David Witte to the Ward 1 position on the Planning Commission
for a term to expire January 31, 2017 is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of April, 2016.
