C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-139
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING P OLLING L OCATION FOR
P RECINCT 1 FOR THE 2016 E LECTIONS
WHEREAS, due to construction, Wayzata High School which has been used as the polling
location for Precinct 1, is unavailable for the 2016 elections; and
WHEREAS, per State Statute 204B.16, polling locations shall be located within the
boundaries of the precinct or within one mile of one of those boundaries; and
WHEREAS, Glory of Christ Lutheran Church at 4040 County Road 101 North, meets these
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the remainder of the City’s polling locations, as used in the 2016 elections,
will remain unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Glory of Christ Lutheran Church, 4040 County 101 North, is approved as the polling
location for Precinct 1 for the 2016 elections.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of April, 2016.
