R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-138
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F ILLING OF W ETLANDS
AND THE W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN A PPLICATION
FOR “C HERRYWOOD P OINTE OF P LYMOUTH” (2016008)
S ECTION 7, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, United Properties proposes to fill wetlands associated with the “Cherrywood Pointe
of Plymouth” development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Cherrywood of Plymouth development shall be in
the form of 7,405 square feet (0.17 acre) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan application for the
“Cherrywood Pointe of Plymouth” development is hereby approved and subject to the following
condition:
1. Prior to disturbing any wetland area, the developer shall submit a fully executed application
for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
