C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-133
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING R EQUEST FOR P ROPOSAL AND
D ISTRIBUTION FOR C OMMUNITY D EVELOPMENT S OFTWARE
WHEREAS, the current Community Development software has not kept pace with the changes in
technology; and
WHEREAS, the current software is not expected to be capable of improvements with
changing technology; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is interested in receiving proposals for new community
development software that will provide efficiencies and improved customer services to contractors,
businesses and homeowners.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Request for Proposal and the distribution of the Request for Proposal are hereby
approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of April, 2016.
