R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING I NSTALLATION OF N O P ARKING S IGNS
ON THE W EST S IDE OF N ATHAN L ANE
FROM S CHMIDT L AKE R OAD TO 100 F EET N ORTH OF THE
N ORTH P ROPERTY L INE OF 5005 N ATHAN L ANE
WHEREAS, correspondence was received from United Hardware Distributing Co. at 5005 Nathan
Lane requesting the installation of “No Parking” signs; and
WHEREAS, motorists are parking along the west side of Nathan Lane beside 5005
Nathan Lane, blocking the sight distance for people exiting the United Hardware driveway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking on Nathan Lane is not needed to serve the
immediate area nor the property requesting the restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that installation of “No Parking” signs on the west side of Nathan Lane from Schmidt Lake
Road to 100 feet north of the north property line of 5005 Nathan Lane is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of April, 2016.
