MOTION by Commissioner Saba, seconded by Commissioner Witt, to recommend approval of a reguiding, rezoning, PUD general plan and preliminary plat for a residential subdivision to be called "Begin Oaks" for property located at 5635 Yucca Lane, with an amendment to the resolution to add a condition requiring additional landscaping along the northeast property line and the backyards of the homes on the southwest side of the property backing up to the wetland. Vote. 5
