Dear Dave,
It is with deep regret that I submit to you my resignation as
a member of the board of coning adjustment.
I know-`haL recently I was reappointed and requested a reappointment
but, after serious deliberation, I have decided that because t
business and personal problems I feel I can no longer do justice to
the petitioner or the city because of a preoccupation. Perhaps
sometime in the future things will change.

APPOINTMENT To BOARD OF TONING ADJUSTMENT AND APPE/WS
WHEREAS; Naya- Steuart has resigned from the Board of Toning Adjustment
and Appeals, and
WHEREAS. the Council has requested that this Vacancy be filled as soon
as possible. and
WHEREAS; Laurence Marofsky has expressed an interest in serving the
City of Plymouth as a member of the Board of Toning Adjustment and
Appeals to fill not this term;
NOV. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLUY.'D BY TME CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLT OUI11. MINNESOTA. that.Lavrence Marofsky is hereby appointed to the
