MMMM PRESEMr: Roger Barnes, Ruth Ault,. Jams Side, Harold Bakke, Delano Erickson MBZM ABSENT: William Leeper, I warn ffunt STAFF OTFW PRESERr: Charles E. Dillerud, John Meyer, Milton Dale Chairman Barnes told members that they should study the proposed 11ousing Committee Report and discuss it. Should grey find it agreeable, they could vote to adopt it and sent it to the Council. The Committee would then move to disband. In addition, the Committee could study ways to present the report to the Council and decide what backup data would be necessary. Chaimm Barnes and the committee members were in agreement that 1.2 copies of the report should be presented for the Council's use with a cover design similar to the one in Chairman Barnes' possession. The Chairman stated that he wanted any amendments that would be made in the report at tonight's meeting to lie made in the form of motions and that this would be recorded in the minutes as such. MOTION was made by Member Eide supported by Member Erickson to adopt the report as submitted in draft. The report was then discussed. ION to amend was made by Chairman Barnes supported by Member Ault to correct page one to add the name and address of Sill Koski, YAAC member. M0T1JN CARRIED (6-0-0) (All in favor) MOTION CARRIED lJOTI0N was made by umber Ault supported by Member Eide to change pago 2 of the report to read as follows, tribe Camdttee feels it to be of 'high' priority to retain . . ." in the fifth par, and on page 3 of the report to change the following to read tribe ttee also believes that those persons who work in 'Plymouth and whb daiire also to live in Plymouth, should be . . ." in the first full paragraph. Result in 'more' administrative efficiency' in operation should the City's Planning and Community Development staff handle Authority activity." in N3 under OTIiER ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED AND REJECTED. MDTION CARRIED (6-0-0) (All in favor) MOTION CARRIED MOTION was made by Member Bakke supported by Member Eide to change page page 3 of the report to read "Authority" instead of IM11 in the first paragraph under OTHER ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED AND REJECTED. This occurs twice. Also in the same paragraph, same page change "Housing and Redevelop- ment Authority" to read "Authority". This occurs once.
