ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 18035 COUNTY ROAD 47 (20151 13)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from
FRD (future restricted development)to RSF-3 (single-family 3) for the property described as follows:
The north 295 feet of the west 820 feet of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
section 6,township 118 north, range 22 west of the 5th principal meridian, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council this 8th day of March, 2016.
